Here is the thing when you come to mind I want to go to Japan. There are so many reasons to come Japan. Such as student, visiting, working, touring, or business etc. First, you should know what’s your main purpose. Most of the people are come to Japan, applying a student and of course it’s a easiest way to come to Japan.
Then you want to pursue your dream with doing hard. Why I am say so. Because Japan is hard working country and best top of the country in the world. You should know your be capabilities and tolerance. You are going to do your everything by yourself. TRUST ME sometime it’s insane. You are going to live with your own and just by yourself. No one is there. No one. You should know how to survive by any changes coming to your life. Loneliness is the huge turning point when you live abroad as expat. Someone chase new hobby, and someone drink and hangout with friends. All are depend on your lifestyle.Ok, let’s see what are the basic qualifications to come to Japan.
Basic qualifications for student
There are so many things to do before you come to Japan. If you prepare well, it’s going to be easy for your future stable.
- Valid passport
- Previous academic and/or professional qualifications, as applicable(diploma transcripts etc)
- Proof of financial viability (recommended to show access to an average of ¥2,000,000 or more
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5 or above/ NAT 5
These points are fulfilled then you need to find the Japanese Language School which you fit for you based on your language level, study habits and which city you want to study in. Each school has their own atmosphere and structure.
Note: If you couldn’t find the Japanese Language School by yourself there are plenty of agencies around there to support you. Or you can google it to find more details.
I recommend to learn Japanese Language before you come to Japan at least speaking skills. And if you are middle of your diploma or degree, please complete it before coming here. Because it may helps to you when you are apply to job after your studies. ( Most of the student missed that chance and they do it again and waste their time also)
Choose the city you want to stay
This is also most important part of this journey. There are advantages and disadvantages when you choose major cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, etc. You can choose which city is fit for your study or stay. Some cities have high life expenses and along to that high wage.
All is depend on your lifestyle. If you need to live in Tokyo (I think it’s best choice) you have to pay high taxes compare to another cities, and expensive apartments, also they paid high wages per hour. But you need to stay countryside you can go to Kyoto which is the most precious historical place in Japan and quite nice scenery and many more beautiful cities around there.
